Why I Don’t List Flat Fees
It’s tricky to put a flat price on something without knowing your business first.
A small local service might only need a couple of strong pages to bring in a steady stream of leads. That’s a quick, affordable project.
A growing SaaS brand looking to challenge an industry leader will need a much bigger strategy with more content, more research, and more time. That naturally requires a larger investment.
I’ll always give you a clear, tailored quote based on your goals and the results you want to achieve.
How I Price Projects
Blogs
You can book blog posts as one-offs or set up a retainer if you want regular publishing. Retainers often work out best if your goal is consistent growth and building traffic over time.
Content Audits
Audits are charged as a one-off fee, and the cost depends on the size of your site and your niche. A huge site with hundreds of posts takes a lot more work to review than a brand new site launching its first blog.
Copywriting
Website copy can be priced as a full package if you want everything rewritten in one go, or on a per-page basis if you only need a few updates. Case studies can be ordered individually or as a bundle of three, which is a great way to quickly build social proof while saving on cost.
Digital PR
Reactive PR is available on a pay-as-you-go basis. You set the maximum monthly budget, and I’ll deliver coverage within that. If I secure more links than expected, you keep them without paying extra.
Proactive PR Campaigns
Proactive PR is more complex, so I usually charge by the hour. Things like surveys or external research are always shown to you upfront, so you know exactly where your budget is going. The best way to plan these campaigns is with a quick call to talk through your goals.
Payment Terms
For most projects, I take a 50% deposit upfront and the rest once the work is complete. This secures your spot in my schedule and keeps everything moving smoothly.
